Do I need experience to attend?
No. The boot camp is taught step by step and is built for aspiring flippers, wholesalers and active investors alike. Whether it's your first flip or your fiftieth, you'll leave knowing exactly how to find, fund, fix and flip houses.
What is fixing and flipping?
Fixing and flipping means buying a house below market value — usually one that needs work — renovating it, and selling it at its after repair value. The profit is the difference between what the finished house sells for and everything you put in: purchase price, repairs, holding costs and closing costs.
Do I need a lot of money to flip houses?
No. A core part of the training is funding deals with other people's money — private lenders, hard money and partnerships — so you can buy and renovate with little to none of your own cash in the deal.
Do I need to be a contractor or know construction?
No. You are the investor, not the labor. You'll learn how to estimate repairs, write a scope of work, hire and manage contractors, and pay on draws — so the work gets done right without you swinging a hammer.
